Challenge

Dalcon Hygiene was established in 1950. However, due to a lack of investment in marketing, the brand name remained largely unknown among the target demographics. Online presence was nonexistent.

Outcome

Utilising a variety of resources, such as print catalogues, a fully functioning website, blog, social media platforms, email marketing campaigns and customer resource management platforms, Dalcon Hygiene's brand visibility increased significantly, drawing a large number of inbound leads and increasing the sales volume for Dalcon Hygiene year on year from 2017.

When dealing with sensitive cleaning products, it is essential that the correct product is used on the right surface area. These detailed cleaning by area guides ensure cleaning efficiency and safety.
